The Opportunity:
Community Manager at Executive Towers, a 152 unit apartment community located in Toledo, OH.
The Responsibilities:
Maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community
Monitors budget and financials of the community
Provides leadership, mentoring and training for community team members
Hires and evaluates community team members
Interprets, implements and oversees adherence to company standards and applicable laws
The Requirements:
Four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificate or licensure in property management preferred
Previous leadership responsibility

The Opportunity:
Maintenance Supervisor at Executive Towers, our 152 unit community located in Toledo, OH.
The Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating activities of workers responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds
Performing walk-through inspections of vacated apartment units
Reviewing resident repair requests
Maintaining after hours and emergency on-call coverage and service
Maintaining time and production records
The Requirements:
A minimum of four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification/licensure in HVAC or Universal EPA; certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing are also preferred
Hands-on supervisory approach
Previous property management experience preferred, but not required
